Health PEI has hired PCH, Dr. Nicole Drost and Dr. Andre Celliers a lawyer, Tamzin Gillis to help the doctors to cover up the abuses that patients endured by PCH.  Health PEI has paid for a lawyer for Dr. Nicole Drost, at the end of August 2015, when she was caught in lies and promoting her falsified reports and records to an offisland speicialist.  The off island specialist was not impressed and was highly ethical and honest, as all doctors should be.  However, such ethics are NOT necessary on Prince Edward Island, Canada.  Lots of money from the health care fund to offset and cover up perverted, illegal acts, fraud, falsifying records, pay-offs for corrupted acts and cover-ups, malpractice and so on.

The doctors, RN EMS, Radiologists, Specialists, Hospitals, and even a social worker are protected with government Health PEI lawyers so there will continue to be abuses to patients, and all illegal acts will be promoted.  This is unethical and illegal.  They have been provided additional lawyers to protect them from being accountable to abuse patients, other illegal acts include fraud, falsifying medical records, abusing patients, slandering patients, libel, violating rights of a patient, violating human rights, falsifying credentials, covering up the EMS illegal and perverted use of versed on female patients by a male attendant.

PEI EMS has overdosed patients, one was given a massive dose causing cardiac and respiratory arrest.  The PEI EMS did not respond and when he did, after flat lining, he inserted an airway incorrectly and took it out incorrectly putting cysts in her lungs, which is causing ongoing collapsing of her lungs- no cure; diagnosis- death.  This arrest also caused destruction of her left ventricle and caused ongoing further cardiac damage; the platelets and IGE are high as they are attacking the cysts in the lungs.  PEI Health, Doctors, and others have abused this dying patient, caused further abuses to others, including elderly persons, and have falsified, altered and lied in this huge cover-up.

Instead of firing those who committed horrific abuses against patients, Health PEI is protecting the abusers and corrupt health care workers.

Dr. Heather Keizer has been paid over a million dollar salary with many perks, with the illegal act of helping to cover up the perverted ways of PEI EMS, Island EMS, illegally giving females Versed, without orders and against protocol.  Dr. Heather Keizer has been paid this extreme salary with promotions when one threatened female, was overdosed,  by PEI EMS with Versed, illegally, causing a cardiac and respiratory arrest.

The cardiac results showed the cardiac arrest and the damages to her heart -ongoing.  The CT scans showed that the incompetent EMT inserted and airway incorrectly and pulled it out incorrectly putting cysts into her lungs causing lung collapsing.  This  ‘confidential’ information was accidentally given to the patient by Dr. Nicole Drost who later, denied she stated this information with slandering the patient with the usual slander that is used on PEI, “crazy”.  However, top surgeons and specialists, OFF ISLAND were not impressed with the falsified reports and lies of Dr. Keizer and Dr. Drost.

Uses of Versed:  Only in hospitals where one trained person can monitor the cardiac and respiratory signs of the patient.  The trained person would be a doctor or anaesthesiologist who can insert an airway in the event of respiratory depression/arrest and/or deal with cardiac arrest.

• Use only when adequate treatment facilities for appropriate management of therapy and complications are available.  This does NOT include the back of an ambulance with one male EMT.
• For patients, an individual other than the clinician performing the procedure should be dedicated to monitoring the patient throughout the procedure

Midazolam is also given to produce amnesia (loss of memory) so that the patient will not remember any discomfort or undesirable effects that may occur after a surgery or invasive medical procedure.

Also note that Versed is also known as a date-rape drug. Versed is perfect for predators because it make the recipient completely compliant and generally induces memory loss of traumatic events. For example, a male nurse gave some women Versed and then raped them. Any patient who is given Versed is in a vulnerable position to be sexually abused in medical settings. A patient who is sexually abused while under influence of Versed will rarely remember what happened. Versed has an amnesiac effect and that you could not remember what really happened.

There have been cases that now show that medical personnel have used versed to rape and ended in death due to mixing the versed with other drugs, ending in death.

RCMP refused to transport the female victim as ‘violent’.  Disgrace to any medical profession.

Dr. Onikoyi-Deckon’s credentials cannot be verified, except that he went to some university in Nigeria.  He lacks knowledge on laws, medical issues, and threatened a female along with the verbal abuses.

All of these doctors have altered, accessed and falsified medical records, assessments and documents.

“Dr. Dickman, an ER doctor at Prince County Hospital, is notorious for his bad temper and arrogance. My friend went to the ER at PCH and Dickman made false accusations (without any evidence) and was verbally abusive to her without any reason.

My friend was so upset over the slanderous, verbal abuse that she endured by Dickman that she asked to speak to a nursing supervisor, regarding the abusive incident that had occurred.

Not to be outdone by Dickman, but the nursing supervisor shows up very angry, won’t even allow my friend to speak, and says, “I don’t have time to listen to any of your complaints!”…”If you don’t like it, SUE ME!”

PCH and many of the incompetent unprofessionals should have been sued a long time ago. But, challenging someone, who was just abused by a doctor, for no reason, and then challenge a patient to sue her…. well, that tells one how out of control they are at PCH and Health PEI. One female was so overdosed and went into cardiac/respiratory arrest.  The arrest could not be managed by the incompetent EMT due to the huge versed overdose given which caused this life-threatening emergency. 

Her prognosis is death.

Worse yet, this practice continues to be covered PEI Health, those so-called health professionals employed as doctors, specialists,  PEI Health officials, hospital administrators

Versed was used on this female who had been taking Biaxon.  Biaxon is not to be given with Versed as it makes Versed more potent and will cause respiratory and cardiac arrest.  The incompetent EMT was “busy” for 20 minutes while the machine would have been telling him she was in cardiac distress and then arrest.  It was noted that the female was unconscious after the last large injection on Versed- another 10 mg.  (Note- in surgery the most given is 5 mg).  5 minutes after the last large dose of Versed, the female went immediately unconscious, her respirations were 26; BP 160/120; Pulse 120 and oxygen sats had dropped to 92%.  The male EMT charted that he was conducting a PHYSICAL on the unconscious female.  PERVERT and now KILLER.  It is murder. 

It was also threatened on the female thus, it was a planned murder.  Who was the boss who made the threat and ordered the murder???? He would be powerful to have such a murder done on a female and have the massive cover up with millions in pay offs to such doctors as Dr. Heather Keizer and Dr. Nicole Drost.  The female had threats made to her when she whistleblew on forged documents being sent by lawyers to STLHE to protect UPEI.  UPEI was threatened with a huge lawsuit which made the former UPEI President so angry that threats of bodily harm and death were made on her.  These threats were reported and documented by lawyers, police, officials, and many others.  YET, they were still followed through on.

 

Warning(s)

Uses of Versed:  Only in hospitals where one trained person can monitor the cardiac and respiratory signs of the patient.  The trained person would be a doctor or anaesthesiologist who can insert an airway in the event of respiratory depression/arrest and/or deal with cardiac arrest.

• Use only when adequate treatment facilities for appropriate management of therapy and complications are available.  This does NOT include the back of an ambulance with one male EMT.
• For patients, an individual other than the clinician performing the procedure should be dedicated to monitoring the patient throughout the procedure

• Sedation in Critical-care Settings

  Sedation of intubated and mechanically ventilated patients in a critical-care setting

Midazolam is also given to produce amnesia (loss of memory) so that the patient will not remember any discomfort or undesirable effects that may occur after a surgery or invasive medical procedure.

Note that many medical professional refuse Versed or similar drugs for their own procedures because they see firsthand the consequences of conscious sedation.

Also note that Versed is also known as a date-rape drug. Versed is perfect for predators because it make the recipient completely compliant and generally induces memory loss of traumatic events. For example, a male nurse gave some women Versed and then raped them. Any patient who is given Versed is in a vulnerable position to be sexually abused in medical settings. A patient who is sexually abused while under influence of Versed will rarely remember what happened. Versed has an amnesiac effect and that you could not remember what really happened.

There have been cases that now show that medical personnel have used versed to rape and ended in death due to mixing the versed with other drugs, ending in death.

Why would EMS be using VERSED on females?

One female was so overdosed and the cardiac/respiratory arrest could not be managed by the EMT who put her into the arrest due to his overdosing her.

Her prognosis is death.

Health PEI, PEI Health Minister, Sullivan, R.N. at Health PEI, QEH, PCH have been covering up this morbid, illegal practice.  WHY???

One female reported and had documented that she was threatened with bodily harm and death by such a method.  The threat was followed through on.  She was overdosed with a huge amount of Versed that caused ongoing permanent cardiac damage and collapsing of her lungs.  EMS has blood on their hands.

NO  She received huge pay-off for her silence and participation with further illegal acts. She has had control over the threatened female’s charts, medical records where she and others, such as Dr. Nicole Drost has altered, falsified, withdrawn, re-written medical (legal ) documents.

Perverts turn into murderers, when they overdosed a female with a huge amount of versed.  The cardiac and lung damages that resulted due to incompetence and an intentional overdose has given this harassed female a diagnosis:  no cure, death.

Dr. Keizer who went to her former boss, now acting Premier to verify the threats, she documented, in 2013 were followed through on.  The new acting Premier and Minister of Health gave Keizer promotions and over a million a year in salary.  The salary was recently raised in the PEI Legislature by Bevan Baker but he was suddenly silent when the Premier awarded him a clinic and other benefits.

The psychiatrist with the million dollar salary is Dr. Heather Keizer. In December 2014, she was given huge promotion by acting Premier Wade (her for boss at UPEI) and former Education Minister, then acting Health Minister.

In addition to the pay INCREASE she became Head of Psychiatry for Health PEI and Head of Unit 9 – QEH. WHY? She also had a hidden duty, as part of her huge million dollar salary and titles.

To control, destroy, alter all medical records of a patient who was overdosed on Versed and Haldol by EMS on October 28, 2014. The patient went into cardiac arrest (due to this overdose- Versed is against protocol and did not have dr’s order) and the EMS -incompetent- inserted an airway and took out the airway incorrectly which put cysts in the patient’s lungs. The psychiatrist with the million dollar salary is Dr. Heather Keizer. In December 2014, she was given huge promotion by acting Premier Wade (her for boss at UPEI) and former Education Minister, then acting Health Minister.

In addition to the pay INCREASE she became Head of Psychiatry for Health PEI and Head of Unit 9 – QEH. WHY? She also had a hidden duty, as part of her huge million dollar salary and titles.

To control, destroy, alter all medical records of a patient who was overdosed on Versed and Haldol by EMS on October 28, 2014. The patient went into cardiac arrest (due to this overdose- Versed is against protocol and did not have dr’s order) and the EMS -incompetent- inserted an airway and took out the airway incorrectly which put cysts in the patient’s lungs. Dr. Keizer was and still is covering up this fatal overdose by EMS. The patient has ongoing cardiac destruction with her lungs collapsing – she has been given a prognosis of death. Nothing can be done to stop the cardiac and collapsing of her lungs.

PEI EMS, Island EMS, has been using Versed, illegally, on female patients.  IEMS has used restraints on sedated females without orders and against the law.  IEMS has done physicals on sedated females, females they gave Versed to, and even did a physical on an unconscious patient while she was in a cardiac-respiratory arrest for over 15 minutes without the EMT noticing.  Perverts?  It was always covered up.

But will an overdose that was threatened on a bullied female which was followed through on, including threats of bodily harm and death mean that it will continue to be covered up?Or will those involved in making the threats, planning the threats to be followed through on and those who actually injected the overdose of Versed that is causing her lungs and heart to collapse, with a prognosis of No Cure; Death be held accountable for their illegal and criminal acts?

Threats of permanent bodily harm and death was threatened on a bullied female.  Dr. Keizer verified the documented threats.  Dr. Keizer went to  the “boss” to verify the threats were followed through on.  She was given millions and promotions since then to run a very inhumane cover-up.  Many at Health PEI and other doctors are involved.  Dr. Keizer brought in Dr. Nicole Drost who was diagnosing the cause of the cardiac and lung damages.  It was caused by the overdose which was causing ongoing cardiac damages and collapsing of the female’s lungs.

PEI EMS Overdose Threatened Female: Diagnosis Murder and Cover-up by Health PEI and Doctors

Dr. Heather Keizer acknowledged the threats made on a harassed female. Threats included causing bodily harm and death.

The threats were followed through on.

Dr. Heather Keizer went to the person who initiated the threats and verified that the threats were followed through on.  Did Keizer report this to the police as she would be legally obligated? NO  She received huge pay-off for her silence and participation with further illegal acts. She has had control over the threatened female’s charts, medical records where she and others, such as Dr. Nicole Drost has altered, falsified, withdrawn, re-written medical (legal ) documents.  Brutal abuses, negligence, lying to other doctors, interference in providing appropriate health care, with further abuses including suffering and humiliation, slander of the patient.  Drost and Keizer are just 2 examples of sociopathic “doctors” on PEI, Canada.  Dangerous and immoral, sick deviants with licences to cause harm and death to patients.  Covering up a pre-mediated (as per documented threats of such and being followed through on) would be a criminal act as well for the deviant doctors who actively participated.

Keizer has been paid millions, along with promotions, to cover up the threats being followed through on.

Keizer and others have committed horrendous illegal acts in doing so.  Just following orders.

PEI EMS has been over sedating  females illegally with a controlled drug, Versed.   This has been covered-up by PEI Health, Sullivan, R.N. , Currie, and QEH.  Along with the corrupt and unethical doctors, PEI, Canada.

Perverts turn into murderers, when they overdosed a female with a huge amount of versed.  The cardiac and lung damages that resulted due to incompetence and an intentional overdose has given this harassed female a diagnosis:  no cure, death.

PEI EMS , Prince Edward Island, Canada  gave an overdose of Versed, without orders, against protocol to a female who had been threatened and these threats were reported and documented by professionals, police, doctors, Dr. Heather Keizer, lawyer, and many others.  Yet, no one would stop the threats from being followed through as there were pay offs and/or silent bystanders due to repercussions of speaking out against abuses and corrupted, illegal acts on PEI.

The former UPEI President, is now and was acting Premier in October 2014 when the patient was brought to QEH ER unconscious, where the overdose caused cardiac and respiratory arrest.  Her heart sustained massive damage with ongoing damage and her lungs have ongoing collapsing due to the consequences of the incompetent EMT putting an airway in and taken out incorrectly that had puts cysts in her lungs.  Her prognosis is death.  She has also endured further abuses and harm, massive illegal acts against her due to the corrupted cover-up that followed.

Dr. Keizer who went to her former boss, now acting Premier to verify the threats, she documented, in 2013 were followed through on.  The new acting Premier and Minister of Health gave Keizer promotions and over a million a year in salary.  The salary was recently raised in the PEI Legislature by Bevan Baker but he was suddenly silent when the Premier awarded him a clinic and other benefits.

The psychiatrist with the million dollar salary is Dr. Heather Keizer. In December 2014, she was given huge promotion by acting Premier Wade (her for boss at UPEI) and former Education Minister, then acting Health Minister.

To control, destroy, alter all medical records of a patient who was overdosed on Versed and Haldol by EMS on October 28, 2014. The patient went into cardiac arrest (due to this overdose- Versed is against protocol and did not have dr’s order) and the EMS -incompetent- inserted an airway and took out the airway incorrectly which put cysts in the patient’s lungs. Dr. Keizer was and still is covering up this fatal overdose by EMS. The patient has ongoing cardiac destruction with her lungs collapsing – she has been given a prognosis of death. PEI Medical Society Corrupted with Doctors who Do Harm and Paid Off

Dr. Heather Keizer acknowledged the threats made on a harassed female.

The threats were followed through on.

Keizer went to the person who initiated the threats.

Keizer has been paid millions, along with promotions, to cover up the threats being followed through on.

Keizer and others have committed horrendous illegal acts in doing so.  Just following orders.

PEI EMS has been over sedating  females illegally with a controlled drug, Versed.   This has been covered-up by PEI Health, Sullivan, R.N. , Currie, and QEH.

Perverts turn into murderers, when they overdosed a female with a huge amount of versed.  The cardiac and lung damages that resulted due to incompetence and an intentional overdose has given this harassed female a diagnosis:  no cure, death.

PEI EMS , Prince Edward Island, Canada  gave an overdose of Versed, without orders, against protocol to a female who had been threatened and these threats were reported and documented by professionals, police, doctors, Dr. Heather Keizer, lawyer, and many others.  Yet, no one would stop the threats from being followed through as there were pay offs and/or silent bystanders due to repercussions of speaking out against abuses and corrupted, illegal acts on PEI.

The former UPEI President, is now and was acting Premier in October 2014 when the patient was brought to QEH ER unconscious, where the overdose caused cardiac and respiratory arrest.  Her heart sustained massive damage with ongoing damage and her lungs have ongoing collapsing due to the consequences of the incompetent EMT putting an airway in and taken out incorrectly that had puts cysts in her lungs.  Her prognosis is death.  She has also endured further abuses and harm, massive illegal acts against her due to the corrupted cover-up that followed.

Dr. Keizer who went to her former boss, now acting Premier to verify the threats, she documented, in 2013 were followed through on.  The new acting Premier and Minister of Health gave Keizer promotions and over a million a year in salary.  The salary was recently raised in the PEI Legislature by Bevan Baker but he was suddenly silent when the Premier awarded him a clinic and other benefits.

The psychiatrist with the million dollar salary is Dr. Heather Keizer. In December 2014, she was given huge promotion by acting Premier Wade (her for boss at UPEI) and former Education Minister, then acting Health Minister.

They were all caught by a specialist in Halifax. PEI Health still is altering, deleting the diagnostic tests, medical records, re-routing them, re-writing falsified documents to no avail. “worrisome” eh Drost? And if one wants to alter a Chest X-ray they should not forget to write X-ray after Chest, eh Keizer? so sad how the medical (legal) records have been altered. According to a specialist off island, even an intern could tell the medical records were altered. Of course, NO RADIOLOGIST at Health PEI will verify any of their records, afterall they have been altered so incompetently.

Probably why Currie was quickly shuffled out of the Minister of Health portfolio in January 2016 as he was part of all of this corruption.

It seems that this patient had been a student at UPEI. She had made complaints against the corruption and harassment she endured, including a biased, corrupt human rights mediated process. Dr. Keizer was aware of this student’s problems with UPEI and the threats that they had made, which Keizer had documented in May 2013. The threats came true in October 2014 with the overdose and slow death of this student. After Keizer had confirmed the threats, she was suddenly given the huge promotions and pay increase with the additional duty to control the entire medical records of this person from EMS admission to QEH – ongoing.

Murphy and Peter Ghiz were caught by the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education STLHE, in March 2013, forging apology letters from the student/patient to STLHE. A professor in the education department at UPEI had been given an award in 2011. This professor had been named on the human rights complaint. STLHE had been investigating the complaints against the prof. UPEI, Murray ‘the Hatchet’Murphy as the hack lawyer and other officials at UPEI were claiming the student was insane, violent, had a history of arrests and mental hospitalizations.

STLHE requested an apology from the student. UPEI and Murphy had promised them an apology letter as soon as the student was let out of mental hospital (she had been in human rights mediation ). Then Peter Ghiz- the student’s lawyer and Murphy – UPEI lawyer, forged apology letters and sent them to STLHE.

UPEI had got caught lying to STLHE since 2011. in April 2013, when the forged letters were caught by the student and she requested that STLHE stop circulating them – sending evidence of how the apology letters were written from different computers – one on Ghiz’s computer while the other was written on Murphy’s computer- different font and size of print yet the signature was identical on both letters.

All hell broke loose at UPEI. The VP of grad studies was fired, (Jr. took over his role as his position was being sponsored by 3M – backs STLHE in May 2013; the Dean of Ed was fired, Murphy was fired, and according to Christian Lacroix: MacLaughlan still ran UPEI and he was “mad as hell” at this student. LaCroix had also stated that STLHE threatened a 300 million dollar lawsuit on UPEI. Murphy and MacLaughlan started to make specific threats of permanent bodily harm/death on this student. Although the specific threats were well documented and reported to police, other lawyers, profs and officials…. pretty much everyone knew of the specific threats… Dr. Keizer even documented them on May 13, 2013.

After she acknowledged the threats to another doctor in 2014, she went to MacLaughlan regarding the following through on the threats. That is when the new acting Premier gave Dr. Keizer the million dollar salary with 2 big promotions… and the dirty, illegal job of controlling and altering, destroying the medical (legal) documents of this female from EMS overdose that put her into cardiac/respiratory arrest (Oct 28, 2014- ongoing)

Go to UPEI… get harassed, mobbed and if you hold them accountable they will follow through on threats …. a slow death of a failing fatal heart and lung condition, compliments of the incompetent EMS service and Health PEI. … paid for by the taxpayers of PEI. Everyone involved has been given huge pay-offs to cover this up. All the money for health care – that is why we don’t have adequate health care on PEI.
