EMS, Island EMS, practice of giving Versed, without orders and against protocol has been a practice that has been covered up by Health PEI, Sullivan, and QEH as well as doctors.

EMS got caught when they overdosed a female with Versed.  This female had been threatened with bodily harm and death.  Death threats that were reported and documented for months, yet followed through on.  An abusive and very corrupted cover up followed but it appears this has begun to be exposed.

A social worker, Maxine Barbour, wrote a falsified record which documented who was involved with crimes against a female.  She is involved if she was able to give details of a crime that was not even known to officials.  Maxine Barbour’s report was written previously by Dr. Heather Keizer and both were involved in modifying the altered report of a threatened and abused female.  Barbour has information she needs  or will be giving to the police and her role in the threatened abuse and death of a female.

A female victim was brought into “mediation”, not in good faith. When the victim submitted evidence backing her allegations, April 2013, the Head of Human Rights, Greg Howard, resigned. However, Sherry and Ghiz continue to refuse to respond to the victim regarding the status of the investigation. The complaints included the corrupt, unethical actions of “Murray Murphy”.

The victim confronted “Janice Sherry”, in public, regarding the status of her formal complaints, end of Oct 2013. Sherry claimed that an unnamed person, from her office, would be in contact, with the victim, within 2 weeks, to discuss the investigation. #Sherry acknowledged that she was in receipt of the victim’s numerous emails regarding her complaints.

The victim was not contacted and, again, emailed both Ghiz and Sherry regarding Sherry’s public promise to the victim. Instead of contacting the victim, as Sherry had promised, Sherry announced that “Murray Murphy” was given a QC title. (Nov 2013). “Murray Murphy” was supposedly under investigation, 2 weeks before, as per Sherry’s public statements to the victim.

The victim has received no response from Ghiz and/or “PEI Minister of Education” regarding the banning of a female to the tax payer funded #UPEI. The victim has made constant complaints since she was banned from #UPEI when #UPEI claimed they do not follow mediated contracts and/or laws and back the banning of a female victim and circulating known #fraud documents, #forged documents, and “fraud transcripts”.

* banning victims from #UPEI (illegal);

*producing and circulating forged apology letters from victim to her abusers (former Education dean got caught sending these forged letters and fraud documents to a national agency; he was demoted and resigned September 2013);

*produce and circulate, circulate through mail, fraud transcripts, etc.

*Complaints are derailed by the “PEI Human Rights commission” as per their corrupted collusion.

*All formal complaints submitted to #PEI government will be blocked, when evidence to support the complaints, are submitted. (Examples: banning victim from public funded #UPEI and when evidence was submitted to back formal complaints of a corrupted #collusion between #UPEI and “PEI Human Rights”. When the evidence showed that the head of “Human Rights” was involved, he resigned that day, April 2013. The PEI Government refuses to lift their ban on the investigations and refuse to address the additional and horrific abuses that 1 victim continues to endure

In one example, a victim endured 5 months of bad faith mediation and abuses, violations, where both #UPEI and the #PEI “Human Rights” refused to comply to the rules, the contract they signed to mediate. The head of human rights refused to withdraw the mediator, even after several complaints, with evidence, and requests for her removal from both the victim and the victim’s support person.

“PEI Human rights commission” colluded with “University of Prince Edward Island” under the approval of “PEI Premier Ghiz” and his “PEI government” officials. “PEI Human Rights Commission” has corrupted collusion with “University of Prince Edward Island”, #UPEI to promote the abuse of female students while rewarding the predators and deviants. Victims are brought into mediation, not in good faith, to endure bad faith mediation, all rules breached, victims harassed and abused by both the corrupt hypocrites at the “PEI Human Rights Commission” and the unethical and corrupt “UPEI”.

#UPEI (“Murray Murphy” and “Rosemary Herbert” Refuses to Comply with Mediated Contract they signed with victim (as had been threatened on victim, July 2011) but have no intention of complying and both actively NOT comply and both INCREASE the harassment and bullying; INCREASE discrimination by BANNING a victim from a public funded #UPEI. Active fraud with forged apology letters from victim to her abusers that Murphy and Turnbull are circulating. They even boldly submit them to the PEI human rights commission. A complaint was made but they refused to respond regarding the harassment and fraud /forged letters to slander and further harass the victim.

The Minister of Education and Premier refused to acknowledge requests for investigations (alleged Breaches of trust).

The investigation into the corrupted collusion, bad faith mediation, corrupt PEI Human rights commission was cut off when the victim submitted evidence showing the corrupted collusion (Howard resigned). But, it is alleged Breach of trust for the investigation to be cut off. #UPEI officials claim they were given ‘immunity’/protection from prosecution for breaking laws and not complying with a contract from “Murray Murphy” and “PEI Premier Robert Ghiz”

Also, #UPEI is funded with millions each year, from taxpayers’ funds. However, both the “PEI Minister of Education” and Premier, as well as “UPEI President” knew that #UPEI did not qualify for taxpayers’ monies as they had illegally banned the victim access to a public funded institution.

#UPEI’s non-compliance caused an escalation of abuses and violations against the victim. The evidence showed that #Prince Edward Island officials, “Prince Edward Island Human rights commission” and #UPEI were involved in the abuse of a female victim, which has lasted over the past 4 years, and remains ongoing.

#UPEI officials claim they acknowledge that their actions are illegal and admit to not complying with laws and not complying to a contract; however, they claim they are following the directions of “Murray Murphy” with immunity and protection from “PEI Law Society” member “Murray Murphy” and “PEI Premier Robert Ghiz”, “PEI Government” officials.

This corrupted #collusion shows the depth of #corruption on #PEI and at #UPEI. This #collusion also denies females basic “human rights” and access to fair processes.

#UPEI never intends to comply with their mediated contracts and will increase the harassment and abuses while even banning victims from #UPEI. UPEI officials will claim they are doing these illegal acts on the direction of “Murray Murphy” and have been given ‘immunity’/protection from “Murray Murphy” and “PEI Premier Robert Ghiz”. The evidence submitted during the investigation and then stopped by Ghiz and Sherry showed the corrupted collusion, and the evidence that UPEI never plans to ever comply with the contract they sign. The blocking of the investigation, in light of the evidence submitted showing this, could potentially be a breach in trust. Only an investigation from the RCMP could determine this.
